KICI congratulates Agnes Walraven with receiving her royal honor

On October 25, 2011 Agnes Walraven was knighted as a knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau. She has received this award for her passionate commitment to benefit the population in Kenya. Walraven currently lives in Kenya to continue her work.
The KICI Foundation has teamed up with Walraven during several projects in Kenya including a Knitting Project which will start in December 2011. This projects offers young Kenyans with knitting machines and materials so they can learn to produce clothes and sell those on the local market.
In the future KICI hopes to continue the cooperation with Walraven in many more projects.
